IL Series Industrial Lacquer
Extremely hard finish nitro-cellulose lacquers with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. These inks have excellent opacity, high gloss and good mar resistance. IL Series are, in many respects, comparable to a high quality enamel but offer the fast drying characteristics of lacquers.

MK Series Mirakal Lacquer
A universal hard finish gloss lacquer. Can be printed on lacquer coated surfaces, wood, metal, paper, cardboard displays, foil and many types of rigid plastics. Very good results are obtained as a single pot ink for polyethylene bottle printing. This system has good product resistance for soaps and bleaches, but is not suitable for alcohol/glycol based products, such as brake fluid.

Toupak
The Toupak Glass Ink Series is suitable for printing onto glass, metal and polyethylene. This is a slow drying ink system. The curing time required is ca. 72 hours. The amount of catalyst added, determine the hardness of print, ie. more catalyst added will result in less flexibility and more product resistance whereas lower concentration of catalyst will result in greater flexibility and lower product resistance

Whilst these recommendations are given in good faith based on our experience, it is important that the printer pre-tests on the actual substrate to be used BEFORE commencing bulk production. There are so many manufacturers of substrates producting a multitude of grades and qualities that it is impossible to guarantee suitability.
