Exports to Africa

Over several years we have built up an expanding customer base in Africa. Combined with this is the knowledge of the differing, and ever changing, export documentation required by the various countries. We have built long term relationships with our various shippers and they all offer a quality service.

Our most popular export lines are various UV curing inks – these are non-hazardous for airfreight and we regularly send to Nigeria, Kenya and Mauritius.

Solvent based inks are classified as hazardous cargo for airfreight and packing by a specialist. This we do on a regular basis and send to Malawi, Kenya, Angola and Mozambique as required.

The countries bordering onSouth Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi, are adequately served by road transport, as is Zambia. While road transport requires quality packing it does not incur the expense of hazardous packing.

Certain countries require SADC documentation to be completed – this we do for inks only as reduces and solvent based cleaners do not qualify.

Inspection of goods is requierd by certain countries – we have a good relationship with SGS and we ensure there is minimum delay caused by the inspection procedure.

With our production located in Durban we are able to ship easily to destinations served by sea transportation.
