In addition to being the sole distributors for the GL Specialised Inks range, they stock a comprehensive range of screen printing sundries - everything from mesh, emulsions, cleaning chemicals as well as services such as colour matching and screen stretching.
Capillary Films
Magna/Cure is a presensitized dual cure capillary film - available for a variety of mesh counts and applications.
Super Phat is a presensitized film for applications requiring heavy ink deposits - excellent built-up, fast drying and is transparent for easy registration. Available in 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 700 micron.
Pro/Cap is a pre-sensitized diazo capillary film for solvent based and plastisol inks.
Cleaning Products
Anti Stain Ultra is the most effective ink and stencil stain remover on the market.
Anti Stain Gel XL is a fast acting, ready to use product that removed ghost image stains caused by residual ink, emulsion or capillary film.
Screen Gel Clear is a slow drying, solvent-based gel which prevents ink from drying or curing in mesh prior to the reclaiming process.
Colourmatching Service
We offer a colour-matching service for both graphic and textile inks. Colours are matched to the specific Pantone colour required or alternately to a supplied sample.
All colours matched are recorded and referenced, with a retained sample being used to ensure that future re-orders are re-matched to the exact colour every time.
Dryers
HIX Drying Tunnels have a large variety of models available to suit your specific needs.
Black Flash Dryer - this is the industry standard dryer for flash curing inks on textiles and other substrates. This is the most efficient and reliable dryer available today. The dryers come in a variety of different sizes, strengths and accessories.
Drying Cabinet - This sturdy and durable screen dryer filters heated air at a rate of 100 cfm with a unique air knife system that provides even air to every screen.
UV Dryers - Natgraph UV dryers are widely acknowledged as the coolest running and most efficient available. These dryers have been designed for curing UV surface coatings applied to promotional, electronic, credit card, glass, display and telecommunications products, as well as 3D objects etc. If there is a UV curable ink available for an application, Natgraph will have a solution.
Emulsions
NSDS stocks a wide selection of emulsions from recognized brands such as Sericol, Chromoline and Mac Dermid. Have a look at our range to find the right emulsion for your printing needs.
Frame Manufacture
We manufacture new frames to order, utilising either aluminium or mild steel. Our in-house workshop ensures we offer you the best possible value in the shortest turn-around time. Standard frame sizes are kept as stock items, and are galvanised to ensure longevity.
Glitter
NSDS carries a range of glitter products suitable for screen printing. These are suitable for both the textile and graphic markets, being resistant to temperatures
up to 177°C making them suitable for plastisol printing, water resistant for
water-based applications, as well as having a resistance to most common solvents found in solvent based inks.
Heat Presses
HIX Clam Shell Presses have the ability to work with all commercial transfers on the market today. Their rugged construction and dependability makes these presses an asset in any shop.
Inks for Textiles
NSDS stocks a comprehensive range of Rutland and Union Plastisol Inks as well as a selection of waterbased inks for screen printing.
Mesh
NSDS are direct importers of the finest quality polyester and nylon screen mesh from NBC Meshtec of Japan. We offer mesh for sale in a wide variety of options, ranging from 10T glitter mesh right through the spectrum to 180 or 200 mesh for graphic UV applications.
Mesh Degreaser
The non-caustic formulation makes it safe to use and it also will not cause degradation of the mesh itself. Used on new or reclaimed screens, NSDS Mesh Degreaser provides perfectly prepared screens for the best results when coating and exposing screens.
Screen Filler
NSDS Aquafill is a cost effective, water soluble screen blockout and retouching filler for use with solvent based and UV curing inks. Medium viscosity gives excellent coating characteristics.
Screen Stretching Services
Our staff have many years experience, and use both manual and pneumatic equipment to ensure optimum results for both our Textile and Graphic clients. We have the capacity to stretch screens up to 6 meters in length, with orders having a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours.
Screen Stripper
Rexxstrip is a water soluble crystal for the removal of all photosensitized emulsions, while Rexxstrip GEL is a ready to use product in gel form.
Squeegee Rubber Blades
NSDS carry stock of quality squeegee blades for your every printing need. Our squeegee rubber blades are sourced from one of the world's leading manufacurers and are produced from premium materials.
Technical Support
NSDS offers support in terms of telephonic assistance, on site analysis of customer needs where required, and testing of ink systems for adhesion and suitability. Staff with many years experience are on hand to offer you advice on issues such as which inks are best suited to a specific application, trouble shooting for problem areas, and anything else relating to the screen printing process.
